Do you do payment plans?
To reserve a slot you will have to pay either the full payment upfront or a deposit of 50%. If you choose to deposit, I will hold the completed rig until full payment has been made.How long will my rig take? / Why is my rig taking so long? / Why are updates taking forever?
Rig completion time ranges 1 - 2 months and in some cases, 2 months + from placement of queue and complexity. I do not prioritize rigs unless it's a rush order.
I do updates on request, please allow up to a week for a response. (Email is preferred for a quicker reply. I check Twitter infrequently.)Do you do cutting?
No, please commission me only if you have a layered psd file. If you or your artist need guidance on how to cut, contact me. Do not attempt to split without knowledge as it will be sent back for fixing, I am here to help.What payment methods do you take?
Only Paypal is accepted.What is the difference between reservation and waitlist?
Reservations are for confirmed slots while waitlists are not. There are no guarantees for anyone on my waitlist but you can be upgraded to a reservation after payment if there are slots available.Do you offer refunds?
I do not offer refunds after rigging is started otherwise a full refund will be granted (within 7 days.) Changing your mind does not justify for a refund.
Deposits are nonrefundable under any circumstances.
Please do not commission me unless you are committed.
Commissioning me means you understand my terms, I do not take responsibility for any misunderstanding caused by the client themselves.
